The ER308/ER308L brand is used in mechanical engineering, oil, chemical and food, for the manufacture of pipelines, containers, boilers and more. It is used for welding surfaces of corrosion-resistant steels of the above brands. The wire is used for welding stainless steels with a chromium content of more than 18% and nickel more than 8% of type 08x18H10, 12x18H9T, 12x18n10T, 08x18n10T10T, 12x18n9TL, 08x18n12. The presence of silicon (Si) provides high quality of the weld and its high resistance against the manifestation of intercrystalline corrosion.
